Dislikes:
Bathroom a little small and sometimes difficult to find a parking space in the car park.

I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the food was excellent.
Dislikes:
The bathroom did not have a shower which is a disadvantage. The bed lacked a top sheet with only a duvet, and there were 3 hairs on the bottom fitted sheet. The mattress was not particularly comfy.

We stayed for 5 nights, the staff were all brilliant from the moment I called the day before and they told me to go to the hotel the moment we arrived as they would make our room available as we had had a long journey and couldn't be absolutely sure when we would arrive. This set the tone for a fine stay where looking after the customers obviously played a major part in the ethos of this hotel. Good facilites. Read less

the staff were all brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. We also took up the option of the 3 course evening meal and the food was excellent all week. Good location and good value for money.

Location was good, the breakfast was made to order which was a real plus, management seemed very efficient, all in all good value
Dislikes:
Room was a little small, we had no shower in our room which was a big disappointment. Not sure if the Wi-Fi on site was available to guests
